Anna, this is one of the very best tiny house designs I've ever seen. I love the openness and the hidden storage, which allows the space to feel uncluttered. Your ideas for the hanging pantry, closet, table, lounging/guest bed area, and laundry are truly creative. What kind of vehicle would it take to move it? Again, one of the best I've seen...you rock!!

I just watched your video, I am so amazed at all of the components of this particular plan. So impressed with it, that I registered on your site, so I could comment! I have looked through many of the tiny home plans around the web. This one is amazing - thank you!

I love so many creative aspects of this tiny house. The multi purpose/function of each area is admirable. The beds are my absolute favorite!

Wow!   This is amazing.   I also registered just so I could post.   Please, please post the plans when you finish them.   I am gathering components and have a deposit on my trailer.  This is the plan for me!   Perfect.

I enjoyed your mini house very much! Lots of great ideas! I do have a question, had you considered making that Cereal Cabinet taller? This would result in more storage for the kitchen and the coat hooks could still be installed to the front of this, multiple coat hooks could be installed on the front face of this unit. Thanks for your wonderful site!

I ADORE this house.  My husband and I have been working on plans to build a tiny house.  We really wanted one that felt open, where we would entertain, that had an office space and a kitchen table, had plumming inside the insulation since we'll be living in Idaho, and that had a place for guests to sleep.  We were struggling with all kinds of designs (hating the loft problem, because my husband is 6'3"), and then randomly at 2:00 a.m.  last night we found your video!  We watched it with our jaws dropped because this tiny house is absolutely perfect for us!  It hits everything we need!  We've decided to scrap our designs and go with yours!  Would you please share the plans?  Thank you so much!!

Also, you are a total genius.  The triple uses out of things, the converting furniture -- it's perfect, without being a pain in the butt to transform.  :-)  The laundry is especially genius, because I also hate the corner space in kitchens!

In terms of changes, I LOVE to cook.  Having a freezer and at least an apartment sized range is important to me.  I'm thinking I would try to put the fridge/freezer combo where the rolling kitchen cabinets are (unfortunately losing that window), and instead have a section of the longer counter roll away (to the left of the sink) to access the laundry.  Then I would put a stove on the end, closest to the front door.  Do you think it would work?  That's seriously all I would change, and only because of my culinary lifestyle.  :-)

Thank you SO much for sharing this!!!!  You are a life changer!

I'm thinking of the RV's that bump out/up sections when parked.  Is there any way to safely create a retractable bumpout "room" for a tiny house, maybe on a track, and you throw a hard-backed rug over it when parked?  (Obviously, it's closed when moving.)  I'm thinking of structural integrity, and also climate/moisture control.  But... wouldn't it be cool???!!!

I also live in Alaska. I've been trying to convince my kids starting their away from home life with a tiny house could really set them up for sucess. (no rent!)  I love your use of spaces, and the use of items that are easy to find are a huge bonus. The only thing I would change is on the kitchen/bath wall, to make some sort of system so everything won't fall off if the unit is moved, and maybe making that entry/pantry unit longer. I also liked the above ideas from Mary J though!  What size tanks are used for plumbing, and where did you source them? Or is it for hook up use only? I too look forward to the plans...
