This is a shot in the dark, but I'll give it a shot anyway. I built the simple outdoor couch from here and ordered the Restoration Hardware cushions. I live in Oklahoma and the latest of the storm blew only one of the three back cushions away. Restoration Hardware no longer sells them. Does anybody know where to purchase these or have a set for sale?
