Is there a way to determine how much weight a stand will hold.
I am looking to build an aquarium stand and would like ideas on what kind of features would be ok or the weight. Approximately 330-400 pounds. That includes the weight of a full tank and additional for any storage that might be held underneath. I have not chosen an exact plan yet because my plan is to have it tie in with a media console. The dimensions of the tank are 30" x 12" x 18" and I would want the stand to be not to much bigger.
Maybe something sleek like this plan but not glass doors.
