I drew up my take on it in Sketchup, you can download it here.

Looking at the pics and shipping weight on their site, it is not solid, at least the top must be hollow. I drew it with solid legs and beam so they would be heavy, using 4x6s and 4x4s, then drew the top with a 2x3 top frame and 1x4's on top.

In this drawing, the wedges are real, and actually hold the thing together. You'll need to notch the 4x6s in the center beam, and cut a square hole in each end, which will require a wood bore and a jig saw or reciprocating saw with at least a 3" depth. My drawing has that hole vertically square, but you will probably want to taper it just slightly. Might require a little true wood crafting.

It will separate in to 4 main parts. It's 90" by 38.5". The lumber list is:

2 @ 4 x 6 x 8'
2 @ 4 x 4 x 10'
1 @ 2 x 6 x 8'
6 @ 2 x 3 x 8'
11 @ 1 x 4 x 8'
2 @ 1 x 3 x 8'
All you need to figure out it Sketchup is how to rotate around, move the parts, and use the measuring tape.
