Ana White is my hero! Until I found this site, I thought I was one of the few women who got a thrill from a nailgun (my most exciting purchase ever)and a chopsaw. I picked up the DIY habit when I discovered that I COULD have those items in the catalogs...if I made them myself. And, I discovered I absolutely LOVE making them. I believe it will help teach my young daughters that they can be strong and independent by grabbing a little self confidence and using their intelligence to tackle anything.
