I'm a grandma, a mom, and a librarian. I live in Savannah, GA. I'm currently renovating a 1905 craftsman bungalow that had so much termite damage it would have been condemned if any inspectors had been inside. I've been getting a lot of help from my grown kids, and from several of our friends. At this point the roof is done and most of the heavy structural stuff is done. I don't do well with heights and can't lift really heavy stuff so I haven't been able to do much so far, but now I can start. I have very little money but I have tools and I have skills. I plan to build all of my own cabinets and built-in shelves.
