Pie Safe by Craftsman Drive

I'm not sure about you, but I just love running across new blogs that offer new and fun projects to try! Here is one of them that I just couldn't be happier to share.

A Sweet Little Country Pie Safe!

A must build for those of you hosting any holiday festivities over the next few months. Your guests will  be sure to inquire where you got it, so beware, you may be building one for your friends too. The best part, you probably have the scraps laying around right this second, so get on it! You'll need to swing over to Craftsman Drive first for the nicely laid out tutorial.

General Instructions

Please read through the entire plan and all comments before beginning this project. It is also advisable to review the Getting Started Section. Take all necessary precautions to build safely and smartly. Work on a clean level surface, free of imperfections or debris. Always use straight boards. Check for square after each step. Always predrill holes before attaching with screws. Use glue with finish nails for a stronger hold. Wipe excess glue off bare wood for stained projects, as dried glue will not take stain. Be safe, have fun, and ask for help if you need it. Good luck!
