We have a crib that converts to a full size bed. But now that we are ready, they no longer manufacture the crib OR the side rails needed. The crib basically makes the headboard and footboard but we need to make side rails. Any suggestions on what type of wood to use? Also how would I derive the dimensions and length of the side rails?
