Love this look. Not looking for all pieces, but defnitely lounge chair, coffee table, and possibly 55" sofa. I know, it's a lot but it's so beautiful! I need any outdoor piece to be able to hold more weight, be more substantial, so I'm guessing 2" thick wood would be best as opposed to 1"?

I love this collection as well. Ana did a cross site plan with Old Paint Design on the Belvedere Chair http://ana-white.com/2012/02/plans/bristol-outdoor-lounge-chair and the Side Table. http://ana-white.com/2012/02/plans/bristol-outdoor-side-table although they are labeled as Bristol.
Old Paint Design hasn't been active on his site for a few years, he does have the plans still for the loveseat and coffee table. If you want other furniture, Sofa, long sofa, deep sofas etc. Restoration Hardware has the product dimensions that you can use to modify the plans to those sizes. I just saw your post was from 2011, don't know if you're still looking but enjoy.
