Full over full bunk bed with storage stairs and underbed storage

I think I know what I want for my children, but I cannot find it anywhere, and I don't have enough knowledge to combine the varied plans that have bits and pieces of what I like together into a comprehensive plan.

Make any modifications required to make it a full over full capable of supporting two adults on the top bunk (in case my three children and several friends go up there at the same time to play castle or pirate).

Eliminate the side opening. Add a side staircase, sort of like this: http://ana-white.com/2010/09/easy-playhouse-loft-bed-with-storage-stairs, with a gap in the footboard so child doesn't need to climb over the footboard to get into the bed.

Make the guard rails higher, as our two full mattresses are pillow-tops.

Make the top step deeper, to make a sort of reading nook. We've seen this model in person, and my daughter loved the deep "seat." Put storage under the bed, so I don't have to clean under the bed, and so toys can't get lost under it. Can you tell I like storage?

Since I'm fantasizing, why don't we put a little bookcase into the headboard of both the top and bottom bunk. We can bump out the headboard side of the bed to do that if we need.
