Looks great! I thought about doing these for my build, but I could not find a single framer willing to work with SIPs here in central California. We ended up with a full exterior wrap on 2x6 framing, with a combination of closed cell spray foam and R-11 unfaced batts. This gives us an R value of 26, and I'm wondering what a 2x8 SIP is valued at. That sandwich of rigid foam must send the R value off the charts!
