I am a working wife and mom and recently discovered a hidden passion for wood working. I have always loved working with my hands, whether sewing, cross-stitching, painting, gardening, but only in the last few months have I developed this insatiable desire to build something from wood! My husband is the woodworker in the family and has all the fun tools, so my very first attempt at building sent a finish nail from a nail gun through my finger, but that just fueled the fire to continue. The table-top TV stand I not only built all by myself but also designed was amazing and I just have to build something else! Thankfully, I stumbled on this site and can't wait to get started!
