Hi, if you can't find 2 3/4" screws, 2 1/2" should do the trick. You just want to make sure you are getting into the "meat" of the boards. Good luck with the table! Can't wait to see your photos :) Ana
Ok well we got 3 inch i think... this is all my husbands doing, im just the sewer :P thank you anna for responding it means a ton!! We'll probably make another trip up there to get 2 1/2!!
So I just bought a Kreg Jig yesterday, and my husband and I are going to try to build the larger Farmhouse Square Table. In the plan, it calls for 2 1/2" screws, but the largest size of Kreg Jig screws we have been able to find is the 1 1/2". Will those work? We are building it out of Hemlock/Fir wood, and bought the course screws. Does this sound OK?
