Questions about Grace's Bookshelf, please help!

I don't know if I am goin gto fast, but I'm a begginer, and I'm in desperate need of a bookshelf. I do own a drill and a few tools. This will be my first time going to Lowe's and asking them to cut the wood for me since I don't own a saw. I'm a bit confused with the directions, mainly this part:

Materials for 2 Bookcases
1 – Sheet of 3/4″ MDF (painted, cheapest option) OR 1 Sheet of 3/4″ Hardwood Plywood (wood look) OR 4 - 1×12 pine boards (rustic look)  (1×12 is 11 1/2″ wide, and can be interchanged with the plywood strips)
10 – 1×2 pine boards (should be less than $1 each)
Then just a little below it says...
Cut List for 2 Bookshelves (YOU CAN HALF THE RECIPE FOR 1 BOOKCASE)
A) 4 – 3/4″ MDF @ 11 1/2 x 44″ (Shelves)
B) 4 – 3/4″ MDF @ 11 1/2″ x 25 3/4″ (Sides)
C) 4 – 1×2 @ 44″ (Top Supports)
D) 8 – 1×2 @ 29 3/4” (Legs)
E) 12 – 1×2 @ 42 1/2″ (Shelf Trim)
F) 4 – 1×2 @ 11 1/2″ (Bottom Trim)
G) 2 – 3/4″ MDF @ 11 1/2″ x 49″ (Top)
H) 4 – 1×2 @ 49″ (Top Trim)
Do I need to show the people at lowes both of these, or just the cut list (Does the cut list include the materials included in the first part where it says "Materials for Bookcases"?)
Sorry If I sound a little confusing, if anyone can help that would be great thank you. :)

The materials list shows you what you need to buy at the store.

The cutlist shows how to cut those pieces to make the project.

The people at Lowes will need to see the cutlist to make the cuts for you.

I suggest going with the 1x12 pine if this is your first project.
