I have been looking for a design or modifications to an existing plan for stairs to use for a loft bed to replace the ladder that also serves as cubbies for storage. I don't think stairs with lifting storage as in the Castle loft bed would be organized enough for two boys to keep functional. I know it would be a fairly simple plan but I am not adept at wood design enough to ensure a weight bearing structure. Anyone have an idea they can hatch or direct.
